Article 1. | General

1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Elí Costa apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements, and deliveries of Elí Costa. By ordering an item, you agree to these terms; please read them carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about these terms, you can contact us at hello@elicostaofficial.com.


Article 2. | Agreement and Order

2.1 The agreement becomes binding when you place your order. Elí Costa will process your order after you have paid. Until then, Elí Costa remains the full owner of the product(s).

2.2 Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your payment has been accepted, along with the details of your order. If you need an invoice including VAT, please email hello@elicostaofficial.com.

2.3 All images and specifications are indicative. Each product is handmade, so variations may occur. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it (see clause 6), but this is not a valid reason to file a claim.


Article 3. | Payment and Payment Methods

3.1 You can choose from the following secure payment methods: iDeal and Credit Card (Mastercard & VISA).

3.2 If Elí Costa accidentally posts an incorrect price on the website – and it is clear that it is a mistake – we have the right to correct it, even if you have already ordered the item.

3.3 All product prices displayed on www.elicostaofficial.com include taxes but exclude shipping costs.

3.5 All your credit card information, such as credit card number, expiration date, etc., is automatically transferred via an encrypted secure system to the payment master without elicostaofficial.com or others having access to the data. Even for potential refunds, full credit card information is not visible. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard, additional protection is provided through special authentication methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).


Article 4. | Delivery

4.1 Elí Costa delivers packages using multiple courier services, including but not limited to: DHL and GLS.

4.2 If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address or are not at home when the courier attempted to deliver the package – and there are additional costs as a result – Elí Costa will pass on these extra costs to you.

4.3 Elí Costa will ship the order as soon as possible after payment of the agreement. Elí Costa always strives to ensure that you receive your order within the estimated delivery time. If this is not possible for any reason (e.g. due to a temporary out-of-stock item or if postal services are on strike), you will be notified immediately.

4.4 Until delivery, Elí Costa is responsible for the order. After delivery, responsibility is transferred to the buyer.

4.5 Additional taxes and duties may apply for shipments outside the European Union. For more information, we advise you to contact your local customs office.

4.6 Please note that the delivery times stated in Article 5 are estimated. If a product does not arrive within the estimated arrival date, it is not possible to file a claim. Elí Costa works hard to ensure that your order arrives on time.


Article 5. | Approval Period:

5.1 Elí Costa aims to ensure all customers are happy with their purchase. However, we advise you to check the quality and quantity within 14 (fourteen) working days. If you find a fault, please email hello@elicostaofficial.com.


Article 6. | Returns and Exchanges

6.1 We hope you are satisfied with your purchase but if you are not, please refer to the return policy below: For full-price items: you have 21 (twenty-one) days from the date you received your order to return the product(s) to us. We guarantee a refund if the product(s) is/are returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with the original invoice.

For items purchased with a promotion or on sale: you have fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order to return the product(s) to us. We guarantee a refund if the product(s) are returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with the original invoice.

6.2 How to return an item?

Send an email to hello@elicostaofficial.com with your request.

Repack the good(s) in the original form and packaging and with the commercial invoice. We cannot accept any return(s) that are not in the original packaging and state.

Send the package to the address provided by us by email.

6.3 Returning goods from the United Kingdom? Please see 6.2 (1).

6.4 Note: The return costs will be paid by you, and we strongly advise obtaining proof of postage – lost packages are not Elí Costa’s responsibility.

6.5 Refunds can only be made using the original payment method and will appear in your account 14 (fourteen) days after receipt. We will contact you via email once we have received and processed your return.

6.6 Can I exchange an item? Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a new item, please return your unwanted goods for a refund and place a new order online at www.elicostaofficial.com.

6.7 Damaged/faulty item? If the item you purchased is damaged/faulty (which clearly is due to a manufacturing default) upon receival, please contact us immediately at hello@elicostaofficial.com and send us a photo of the damaged item.


Article 7. | Warranty

7.1 After the 14-day approval period (Article 5.1), Elí Costa offers a two-month quality guarantee on our products. If the quality of the product proves to be faulty during the aforementioned period, please email hello@elicostaofficial.com.

7.2 Elí Costa will provide an appropriate solution, but it is up to Elí Costa to decide which of the following options will be used: • If it is possible to repair the product, we will do so • If it is not possible to repair the product, we will provide you with a new item • If it is not possible to repair the product and we no longer have it in stock, we will offer you a refund.

7.3 In the event of a refund, this will take place after receipt and inspection from our side within 14 (fourteen) working days.

7.4 If Elí Costa repairs or replaces the item, the delivery time will be communicated as soon as possible.

7.5 The warranty expires if the product shows a defect caused by improper use (e.g. not following our Care instructions), if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product, or if the product has been used in a way for which it is not intended.


Article 8. | Copyrights

8.1 All photos and images displayed by Elí Costa are copyrighted. Without written permission from Elí Costa, photos and images may not be reproduced and used publicly.


Article 9. | Disputes

9.1 All legal relationships are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated and came into effect on June 21, 2024.
