Returns and refunds

RETURNS

We accept returns on all full-priced pieces in their original form and condition, unworn and unused, including the original receipt, within 21 (twenty-one) days of receipt. Returns meeting these exact conditions will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original form of payment.

Elí Costa has the right to refuse returns that differ from their initial form or condition or returned after the above-mentioned 21 days. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.

Please note we do not provide shipping labels for (inter)national returns. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at hello@elicostaofficial.com.



REPAIRS & WARRANTY

We offer a 2-months warranty on our pieces for damage caused by manufacturing defects; please include your official receipt when contacting us at hello@elicostaofficial.com.

Both repairs and warranty do not include damages caused by:

  • normal wear
  • the use of perfumes, body lotions, shampoo or any other care products
  • excessive exposure to water, sunshine or any other source of heat
  • the misuse of our jewelry

Repairs will not be made on items purchased from an unauthorized dealer or any other person or retailer not associated with Elí Costa, or when the damage was caused by one of the causes as mentioned above or by neglect, accident, alteration or other factors that are not due to defects in the workmanship or materials.

Lost items are not considered a manufacturing defect; furthermore, we recommend that you periodically inspect your piece(s) for secure fit. Due to the delicate nature of our pieces we recommend to store them in their original pouch in a dry and secure place.
